Every study card in your results carries one of these two labels. They show how closely your answers match that study's requirements. Likely eligible means your answers closely match. Possibly eligible means they partly match, and the research team still needs to check a few things. Neither is a final answer: only the research site decides who can join, after its own screening. The Relevance label on the card (Strong, Good or Possible fit) is separate. It shows how well a study matches your condition and what you are looking for.

Before you agree to take part, the research team at the site or clinic explains the possible risks and benefits of the study and answers your questions.
