Make Clinical Trials Accessible
Replace confusing ClinicalTrials.gov links with a conversation. Give patients a clear path to understand your trial—in their language, in plain terms.
How to use an NCT code
Quick walkthrough: enter a valid NCT code and generate a direct chat link for patients.
The Problem We're Solving
We know the reality: when you send patients a link to ClinicalTrials.gov to learn about a trial, most get lost and drop off. The language is technical. The format is overwhelming. Many patients would take the next step if they understood the trial information, but they can't understand what they're reading.
This is your alternative, a way to truly inform patients before they commit.
How It Works
1. Generate Your Link
Enter your trial's NCT number above. We instantly create a unique link for your trial.
2. Share It Anywhere
Add the link to your website, recruitment emails, social media, or print the QR code on flyers and posters. Use it wherever you connect with potential participants.
3. Patient Clicks and Meets Anida
When a patient clicks your link, the NCT number is displayed at the top of the chat interface. The patient simply reads it to Anida, and the conversation begins. Anida explains your specific trial in plain language and in multiple languages. This includes the purpose of the trial, key eligibility criteria, study locations, and other important information from your ClinicalTrials.gov listing.
4. Questions Answered in Real-Time
Patients can ask questions about the study, such as how many visits are required, what the study is testing, or any other questions they have. Anida will only answer questions using information available in your trial details on ClinicalTrials.gov. For specific questions that are not available in the trial listing, such as compensation, side effects, or whether to stop current treatment, Anida will direct the patient to contact the research site directly.
5. Verified and Accurate Information
Our AI agent has been tested extensively and trained to pull and use only the information available from ClinicalTrials.gov. Anida does not add or infer information that is not explicitly stated in your trial listing.
6. Available in 50+ Languages
Whether your patient speaks English, Spanish, Mandarin, Arabic, or any of 50+ languages, Anida explains everything in the language they're most comfortable with.
7. Prescreening Process
Once the patient understands the trial, Anida asks if they would like to check their eligibility for the trial. If the patient agrees, Anida walks them through prescreening questions based on the criteria you've set in our platform.
8. Qualified Leads Sent to Your Site
Patients who complete the prescreening and meet your criteria are sent directly to your research site, along with their contact information, prescreening responses, and medical records (if the patient has provided permission).
9. Trial Details Sent to Patient Inbox (Alternative)
If a patient prefers to receive trial information without going through the prescreening process, Anida can send a summary of the trial details directly to their inbox.
What You Need to Do
1. Onboarding (Sponsors and Research Sites - Free)
Both sponsors and research sites need to be onboarded on our platform to receive qualified patient information in a secure, HIPAA compliant environment. No charges to join. No setup fees. No platform fees. No charge to use our technology to educate or prescreen patients. We're flexible and can tailor our model to your specific needs. Reach out to us at partnerships@anidasohub.com to get started.
2. Set Your Prescreening Questions
We've already pulled all your trials from ClinicalTrials.gov and set prescreening questions for each one. You can review and confirm them, edit them to match your specific needs, or create entirely new questions. It's that simple. Once configured, sponsors can see metrics on how each site is performing in one single dashboard, and track de-identified patient leads from the links used in campaigns or outreach efforts.
3. Share Your Link
Once set up, use your generated link everywhere you recruit patients.
4. For Patient Advocates and Physicians
If you're a patient advocate or physician, you don't need to be onboarded to generate and share links with your patients. You only need to join the platform if you want to receive patient referrals directly.

Our Mission
We're working to democratize access to clinical trials. Too many patients still cannot access trial information due to language barriers, health literacy challenges, technology limitations, and other obstacles that prevent them from learning about opportunities that could change their lives.
We believe in health equity and inclusivity. Every participant, regardless of their background, language, or level of medical knowledge, deserves access to clear trial information. When patients feel empowered and informed, they can make decisions that are right for them.
By sharing this link, you're giving patients a meaningful opportunity to understand trials in their own language and take a clear next step toward participation. Together, we can remove the barriers that keep patients from accessing the trial information they need. When patients truly understand what they're enrolling in, it naturally leads to more engaged participants and helps bring new, safe, and better treatments to market faster.
