Our commitment
AnidasoHub is committed to protecting the privacy and confidentiality of your protected health information ("PHI") in accordance with the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act of 1996 ("HIPAA") and applicable state laws.
How we use and disclose your PHI
We use your PHI only to (1) match you to clinical trials based on the information you share with Anida, (2) connect you to research sites you have explicitly chosen, and (3) coordinate the next steps in your enrollment, including booking your screening visit and sharing records you have authorized us to share.
Your rights
You have the right to inspect and copy your PHI, request corrections, request restrictions on certain uses, request confidential communications, request an accounting of disclosures, and receive a paper copy of this notice. You may also withdraw consent at any time.
